About the Role: The Consumer Insight Manager plays a key role in understanding customer preferences and behaviors through data analysis. Job Description: Lead and take full responsibility for guiding junior analysts and collaborating with relevant departments to drive consumer insights into actionable strategy. Conduct market research and surveys to gather consumer insights. Applicants should be skilled in designing and analyzing surveys using platforms like SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, Typeform, and conducting focus groups, in-depth interviews (IDIs), and online communities. Develop customer segmentation models and persona profiling. Utilize segmentation software (SPSS, SAS), cluster analysis, and behavioral mapping tools, integrating CRM and demographic data. Present findings to the marketing team and stakeholders. Present insights on customer satisfaction scores, NPS, churn risks, loyalty patterns, purchase behavior, and recommendation engines, using PowerPoint, dashboards, and storytelling frameworks. Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop initiatives that enhance customer engagement and retention. Day-to-Day Duties: Monitor and interpret customer feedback and purchasing behavior. Develop and recommend action plans based on voice-of-customer programs, feedback surveys, product reviews, and social sentiment. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Work with data science teams to build predictive models for customer behaviors (e.g., churn, upsell potential, CLV). Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities. Use platforms such as SEMrush, SimilarWeb, NielsenIQ, Mintel, GlobalWebIndex, and Statista. Develop actionable insights for internal strategy presentations and marketing direction. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in consumer insights, marketing research, or strategy roles. Deep knowledge in both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Strong proficiency in data visualization and analysis using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Excel, and Python/R for analytics. Experience working with tools like SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, SPSS, Brandwatch, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms. Excellent analytical and storytelling skills – ability to translate data into compelling narratives for both internal and external audiences.
