Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic form
- Provide standard reports and analyses as requested by other HR team members
- Email and phone support for employee inquiries
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related subject
- Experience in supporting HR related topics for NAFTA regions will be added advantage
- Fluent English
- Able to fit into flexible working environment with readiness to work night shift (9pm-5am)
- Strong PC skills; Microsoft Office & HR system experience
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Good problem-solving, judgment and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work from home independently, managing tasks effectively without constant supervision
- Proactively identify and address potential HR issues
- Take the initiative to propose and implement process improvements to enhance HR operations.
- A self-motivated and self-disciplined attitude, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
