  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are a growing yoga company based in Decathlon KLCC. Our goal is to make yoga accessible to everybody regardless of age, gender, and fitness level.

We are looking for a studio manager who is capable of growing our business. He/ she must be competent at sales or business development and must also love fitness & customer service.

The Position

We’re looking for a committed and hardworking Studio Manager that is good at handling people.

Job Requirement

Up to 1-years of customers service, sales experience or in a supervisory role

Have worked in the fitness industry or loves health and fitness

Excellent communicator (verbal and written) speak fluent English (Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus)

Experience managing people successfully

Effective use of budgets, forecasts, P&Ls, metrics

High school degree, college degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • You wil be responsible for driving all revenue and target goals for studio (e.g. classes, privates, retail, training/workshop as required)
  • Selling our membership package based on montly targets
  • You are the first point of contact for clients, therefore , you are expected to interact pleasently in person, over the phone, and email
  • Managerial and supporting daily business operations
  • Ensure daily operations are running smoothly
  • Work hand in hand with our marketing manager-- plan and execute studio promotions, class types, teacher feedback and other events
  • Seeking for new business opportunities
  • Keeping accurate daily financial records
  • Working with our social media manager in generating content
  • Creating monthly schedule

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
