Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the annual marketing and communication strategy for the hotel group.
- Ensure brand consistency across all hotels within the group.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-site platforms.
- Lead group-wide digital strategies including SEO/SEM, website management, email marketing, and paid media.
- Manage all public relations efforts including press releases, media relations, and crisis communications.
- Supervise and support individual hotel marketing teams or coordinate with outsourced agencies.
- Develop and manage the annual marketing budget across all hotels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality or hotel sector.
- Proven experience managing multi-property or group marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and hospitality trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CMS, CRM systems).
