Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the annual marketing and communication strategy for the hotel group.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all hotels within the group.
  • Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-site platforms.
  • Lead group-wide digital strategies including SEO/SEM, website management, email marketing, and paid media.
  • Manage all public relations efforts including press releases, media relations, and crisis communications.
  • Supervise and support individual hotel marketing teams or coordinate with outsourced agencies.
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget across all hotels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality or hotel sector.
  • Proven experience managing multi-property or group marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and hospitality trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CMS, CRM systems).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
