Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Receivable Clerk to join our Account team. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily accounting operations.
Responsibilities:
- Receive orders via calls, WhatsApp and other forms of communications
- Billing and invoicing using Autocount System
- Ensuring DO to warehouse for deliveries by Logistic Team
- Ensuring delivery schedules are notified to Logistic Team
- Billing and invoicing to Sales Team using Autocount System and Sales App
- Telly monies received from Sales Team and Logistic Team
- Filling of sales documents / bills / invoices / DO
- Answer phone calls to office and office mobile phone
- Attend meeting (if the needs arises)
Requirements:
- Diploma, SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Mandarin speaking is an added advantage
Workdays:
Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
Saturday 7:30am-12:00nn (alternates)
