  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.

  5. Click JavaScript.

· Perform general maintenance works to avoid possible failures and malfunctions including machinery and building & facilities.

· Develop and perform the preventive and corrective maintenance schedule / programs of machinery and building & facilities.

· Familiarize with all the machinery, equipment, facilities and pro-actively update the maintenance knowledge and skills

· Maintain complete records of all internal and external maintenance activities including but not limited to daily / bi-weekly / monthly / quarterly / half yearly / yearly / ad-hoc maintenance

· Analyze repairs requests and troubleshoot them.

· Perform installations, assembling, fittings, repairs, and replacements of machinery and facilities as needed.

· Monitor and in charge of Pest Control of the work premises (interior & exterior)

· Liaise with external service provider / supplier for maintenance related tasks / issues / duties

· Maintain work area clean, safe, and organized.

· Operate maintenance equipment safely to avoid accidents.

· Handle emergency maintenance and repair works.

· Ensure adequate maintenance materials and equipment to avoid shortages and excesses.

· Maintain the maintenance tools and equipment in safe, clean, and good working conditions.

· Complete daily work assignments in a timely and accurate manner.

· Provide assistance to co-workers when needed.

· Adhere to company policies, safety regulations and OSHA requirements.

· Support in company / director’s property maintenance job

· Perform expresses or implied duties required by superior or company.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
