About the role

Negeri Roadstone Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Finance personnel to join our dynamic team in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. As a Finance Executive, you will have the opportunity to gain invaluable experience and support in a full-time, permanent role within our Finance division.

What you'll be doing

  • Monitoring project costing and financial progress
  • Reconcile project related transactions and maintain proper documentation.
  • Assist in project audits, both internal and external.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable related to projects.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors and contractors on financial matters.
  • Assist project cash flow forecasts and variance analysis.
  • Ensure project closing account in order and documented properly.
  • Support month end and year end closing related to the project accounts.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
  • Work closely with QS and project team to review any issues arise.

What we're looking for

  • The candidate should posses Degree in Accounting.
  • A candidate with a minimum of 2 years experience in related field.
  • HAVE AN EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING PROJECT ACCOUNTING WILL BE ADDED ADVANTAGE!
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with engineering design software and construction management tools.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development.
