Key Responsibilities: - Service Notification Management - Accurately manage service requests, track statuses, and escalate unresolved issues. - Spare Parts Coordination - Oversee orders, tracking, returns, and inventory accuracy with warehouses and distributors. - Service Workflow Monitoring - Assign service jobs, schedule tasks, and ensure timely completion. - Documentation & Reporting - Utilize Excel for service reports, presentations, and audit-ready records. - Google Review Management - Monitor and respond to customer reviews professionally and efficiently. - Internal Coordination - Act as the bridge between customer service, logistics, technical teams, and administration. - Marketing & Customer Experience Support - Assist in engagement campaigns, customer satisfaction initiatives, and roadshows. - E-Store Complaint Handling - Address online store inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution and clear communication. What We're Looking For: - Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field. - 1 - 3 years of experience in customer service, preferable in after-sales or e-commerce operations. - Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office (pivot tables, charts, documentation). - Excellent communications and coordination skills with a customer-first mindset. - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Proactive and solutions-driven approach to problem-solving. - High attention to details, organizational skills, and professional integrity.
