- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities

Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in the sales industry, preferably in the ESD related sector
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and lead a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
