Job Description:
- To assist the client servicing department in administrative duties such as claims, PO, DO, follow-up on payments, deal with courier companies, data entry.
- To assist in administrative aspects of events including flight lists, rooming list, registration list, delivery & pick-up list and event checklist.
- To assist in monitoring & checking Credit card transaction for the department.
- To assist senior PIC’s in handling the day-to-day follow ups from Clients meetings and instructions in the pre-event preparation phase.
- To ensure all Company, third party suppliers and Client assets and belongings are secured and accounted for under your supervision.
- To keep abreast of industry trends, technical developments and new technologies available to improve the Company’s capabilities and efficiency and reduce cost.
- To represent Ecopia in third-party liaisons, supplier negotiations and maintain strict confidentially of supplier pricing, contact etc.
- Expected to travel (within or outside Malaysia) for the business of Ecopia and its related businesses.
- Expected to work through Public Holidays and weekends as and when necessary.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the Company from time to time.
- You are required to make the following written report periodically: -
- Client meeting notes
- Pre event and general work plans (event run downs, crew duties, briefing notes)
- Post mortem reports after the event
- Any additional reports as and when required by the Management
Job Requirements:
- Candidate with a minimum 1 year of work experience in Accounting and/or a Professional Certificate or Basic Diploma, or equivalent in Accounts, Event Management or related fields.
- Fresh grads with an event management background or related fields are welcome to apply.
- Experienced in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Language skills - Basic proficiency in English.
- Able to work Full-Time.
Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
