Job Descriptions:
Assisting with the preparation of financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Maintaining accurate financial records:
Posting journal entries, updating ledgers, and reconciling accounts.Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes:
Preparing trial balances, adjusting entries, and closing the books.
Accounts Receivable (AR): Managing client billing, issuing invoices, and tracking incoming payments.
Ensuring proper documentation of transactions.Reconciliation: Ensuring AP and AR records match with bank statements Assisting in preparing payroll, maintaining employee records, and ensuring that deductions and taxes are accurate.
Assist in key account ledger and allocate with credit card and ensure tally statement- Process and preparing all monthly payments via cheque, bank drafts and bank transfer.- Respond to vendor inquiries related to payment and resolve issues regarding payment delaysJob
Requirements:
SPM, Diploma or Degree Graduate in Finance / Accounting- Have 1- 2 years experience in the related field- Fresh graduate that is willing to learn and has basic knowledge in accounting can apply too.
