About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Functional Expert – NTO PP/PM R3.5 to join our dynamic team at Sunway Pinnacle. In this role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading your team through complex technical challenges and providing strategic input on business and application decisions. You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality solutions and ensuring seamless integration with other cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the functional SME for the NTO PP/PM R3.5 landscape.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to make informed decisions and drive outcomes.
  • Lead and manage the team, offering guidance, problem-solving, and performance alignment to project goals.
  • Build, configure, and test packaged software and Software as a Service (SaaS) products, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and test new components, integrations, and system enhancements.
  • Use declarative configuration and features to implement functionality efficiently where applicable.
  • Take ownership of application releases into production, including creating and executing deployment plans and schedules.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of team practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or SME in SAP PP/PM (Production Planning/Plant Maintenance) or related NTO modules.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end system processes, data flow, and best practices within the NTO PP/PM domain.
  • Experience in SaaS product implementation, testing, and support.
  • Ability to develop components using declarative development tools.
  • Hands-on experience with software configuration, testing, and deployment planning.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and SAP NTO R3.5 architecture.
  • Experience in agile methodologies, team collaboration tools, and release management.
  • Prior exposure to Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or Pharmaceutical environments is a plus.
