Job Overview:

The Experienced Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring integrated marketing campaigns across property development, retail, F&B, and hospitality sectors. The role requires creativity, market insights, strong coordination skills, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into effective marketing actions that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Job Descriptions

  • Plan and implement 360 marketing campaigns (digital, print, on-ground) for all business verticals.
  • Develop marketing calendars and promotional plans in line with business objectives.
  • Work closely with design, social media, PR, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategy.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and leasing teams to support launches, promotions, and events.
  • Analyze campaign performance, prepare post-mortem reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Oversee production of promotional materials, advertisements, and online content.
  • Develop partnerships with media, influencers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Support loyalty programs, customer engagement activities, and CRM initiatives.
  • Any other duties assigned by immediate superior

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to property, retail, hospitality, or F&B.
  • Strong knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and customer behavior.
  • Experience in campaign planning, media buying, and marketing analytics.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel as required.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
