  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Service Technician (Team Lead) with an engineering background in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics. This role involves leading a team, overseeing installations and maintenance, and providing expert technical support while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 10 or more technicians (both internal and outsourced) to ensure high performance and service quality.
  • Install and maintain Intrix One Tap systems at customer premises.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for advanced technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Customer Service, QAQC, Sales) to ensure effective issue resolution.
  • Attend customer site visits for installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks.
  • Oversee warehouse operations, including spare parts inventory and return unit registration.
  • Support recruitment of new installers, especially for outstation locations (internal or outsourced).
  • Handle data-related tasks such as collecting OT and technician reward scheme details for submission and approval.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of technical experience with a proven track record in leading a technical team.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective leadership and communication abilities.
  • Willing to travel and work both in the office and on-site as required.
  • Must be able to attend a compulsory 2-week training in Kota Damansara upon joining.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
