  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Service Crew / Tea Barista

Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Service Crew & Tea Barista. You’ll be preparing handcrafted tea beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a great in-store experience!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Take and process orders accurately (in-person or via POS system)
  • Prepare and serve tea-based drinks (e.g., bubble tea, fruit tea, milk tea) according to SOP
  • Adjust sugar/ice levels and toppings based on customer preferences
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and customer area
  • Restock ingredients, cups, and packaging materials as needed
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Support team members with various tasks including cleaning, organizing, and closing duties

Requirements:

  • No experience needed (training provided)
  • Passionate about customer service and beverages
  • Friendly, positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Basic knowledge of tea and beverage preparation is a plus

Working Hours:

  • Full-time

Location:

Based on availability across Malaysia
**Outside KL need to come to KL for training 1 week accommodation and mileage provided
