  • · Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmaceutical clients. Providing superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • · Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about pharmaceutical industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities

Qualifications:

  • · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • · At least 5 years in business development, client services role within a medical marketing agency or pharmaceutical company
  • · Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • · Strong analytical abilities, especially in digital media analytics.
  • · Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
  • · Commercial awareness and financial acumen.
  • · Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure
  • · Detail-oriented, requires to multi-tasks and ability to prioritize
  • · Creative thinking and solution focus.
  • · Familiarity with programmatic advertising and social media campaigns.
