  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Main Responsibilities:

Building Maintenance:
Ensure that branch and rental premises are in good condition.
Schedule periodic and ad-hoc maintenance.
Communicate with tenants and contractors regarding repair work.
Prepare property condition reports.

Supervise Development Projects:
Monitor the progress of construction/repair projects on-site.
Coordinate with contractors and relevant parties to ensure work meets specifications.
Identify and resolve issues at project sites.
Report project developments to management.

Candidate Criteria:

Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, Real Estate, Property or any related field.
Experience in property management, maintenance, or construction is an advantage.
Possess technical skills in maintenance or construction work.
Able to work independently and solve problems quickly.
Willing to travel to locations around Kelantan.
Possession of a valid driving license and own vehicle is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
