Application Technical Support
POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :
Requirements
Application Technical Support on Windows and MSSQL Database.
Platform Knowledge on Windows, IIS & Apache Tomcat deployments.
Strong application knowledge in Teller origination and workflow systems.
Hands-on experience on Windows, Powershell scripting, .Net, MS-DOS and MSSQL Server DB working experience and support.
Experience with VBS (.BAT) is a plus.
24 x 7 on call support.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same capacity.
Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and team player.
Willing to work at KL/ Cyberjaya.
Able to work with cross border colleagues.
Familiar with tools/practises such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum Methodology
Roles/Responsibilities
To provide system support and manage enhancement for Branch’s applications.
Providing Live Application deployment support (odd hours)
Perform Level 2 and 3 of production support.
To perform problem investigation – problem identification, root cause analysis, solution definition and implementation.
To work closely with users to understand their needs & issues.
To manage system risks and conjure improvements to mitigate and manage risks.
Provide installation support for branch’s applications.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM7,900.00 per month
