Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships, and supporting overall company growth. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and explore new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners • Promote and present company products or services to prospective clients • Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations • Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales deals • Work closely with marketing to support promotional campaigns and lead generation • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback • Maintain accurate records of all sales and business development activities using CRM systems • Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings as a company representative • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction • Provide regular reports and updates on business development progress and forecasts Requirements: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Self-motivated, independent, and target-driven • Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or customer engagement principles • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
