  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly detailed, proactive, and resourceful Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager to support our Head of Sales & Marketing in all matters related to documentation, reporting, presentations, and project oversight. This role requires someone who can act as a reliable right-hand support and serve as a go-to person in the manager’s absence. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a flair for organization, and a creative mindset with a passion for nature.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and key sales and marketing documents.
  • Maintain an overview of ongoing marketing and sales initiatives and ensure smooth coordination.
  • Provide administrative and strategic support to the Head of Sales & Marketing.
  • Step in as the primary contact point during the manager’s absence.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple marketing and sales projects simultaneously.
  • Support customer engagement strategies with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Draft and design engaging presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint or equivalent tools.
  • Contribute ideas and assist in digital and social media marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze basic marketing and sales data to assist with reporting and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive campaign success.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several projects with competing deadlines.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility in working hours as needed to support business activities.
  • Creative thinker with an interest in nature and the environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
