  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

A leading manufacturing company in Pasir Gudang seeks a dynamic and experienced Factory Manager to oversee daily factory operations. The successful candidate will undergo comprehensive training in China (all expenses covered) to fully understand operational processes before assuming full management responsibility at the Johor Bahru plant.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved.
  • Plan, organize, and monitor schedules and workflows to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members, promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments.

Additional requirement :

  • Aged below 40 years old.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to China for training (all expenses covered by the company).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams and drive operational excellence.
  • Proficient in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in factory management

Salary up to RM 9500

Working Location: Pasir Gudang
