  • Monitor and follow up on order status.
  • Communicate with customers via email, WhatsApp, and phone.
  • Prepare and reply quotations, update customer on order and payment status.
  • Monitor customer emails and follow up on outstanding payments.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Salary: RM1800 - RM2,000 (Depending on experience)
