- Daily processing of customer orders.
- Monitor and follow up on order status.
- Communicate with customers via email, WhatsApp, and phone.
- Prepare and reply quotations, update customer on order and payment status.
- Monitor customer emails and follow up on outstanding payments.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Salary: RM1800 - RM2,000 (Depending on experience)
