Job Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search engines to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Optimize content for social media platforms, engage with audiences, and monitor analytics to improve engagement.
- Manage digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads), including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Use SEO best practices to optimise the website, blog, and product pages for search engines.
- Content Creation & On-Camera Talent
- Be the face of the brand for videos, reels, stories, and how-to content.
- Host product highlights, behind-the-scenes, and event recaps.
- Work with multimedia team to bring concepts to life.
- Brand Strategy
- Coordinate with the marketing manager on brand collaboration projects, including partnerships with influencers and local cafes.
- Apply understanding of luxury or lifestyle branding in marketing efforts.
- Assist with brand storytelling across platforms.
- Respond to DMs/comments, encourage user-generated content.
- Collaboration with Event: Support event planning and participation in coffee-related events or trade shows.
- Market & Trend Research: Conduct market research to understand trends and customer preferences, and use these insights to adjust strategies.
