Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Sales Executive to drive our business growth and manage client accounts. You’ll be the go-to advisor for companies looking to outsource to Malaysia, overseeing the full sales cycle and ensuring smooth delivery of services with internal teams.

This is a hybrid role, primarily based in Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and engage clients from high-cost labor markets who can benefit from outsourcing.
  • Client Management: Build long-term relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Consultative Selling: Present customized outsourcing proposals and solutions that demonstrate real value.
  • Account Growth: Help clients expand their offshore teams while ensuring quality and performance.
  • Coordination: Work closely with operations, HR, and recruitment to deliver seamless onboarding and service.
  • Market Insights: Track industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract discussions and finalize agreements.
  • Performance Tracking: Report on KPIs and sales pipeline regularly to leadership.
