  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest feedback or complaints professionally.
  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards across all areas.
  • Assist in staff training, rostering, and performance monitoring.
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and POS system reconciliation.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales summary breakdowns and operational reports.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
  • Ensure all restaurant equipment is well-maintained and report any issues promptly.
  • Support management in executing marketing promotions, seasonal menus, or special events.
  • Maintain a presentable, well-organized dining area that reflects the restaurant’s standard.

Administrative & Reporting Duties:

  • Compile and submit sales reports, staff attendance logs, and petty cash records.
  • Analyze daily sales data and highlight trends or issues for management review.
  • Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation, report formatting, and basic data analysis.
  • Minimum education is Secondary School.
  • Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiar with POS systems.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multitasking.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
