  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities: • Manage the operation and maintenance of a variety of fiber glass manufacturing equipment, including but not limited to extruders, molding machines, cutting machines, and drying ovens. • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to maximize machine uptime and performance, minimize breakdowns, and reduce repair costs. • Coordinate with the production department to ensure that machines are set up and adjusted correctly to meet production targets and quality standards. • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and automation issues to minimize machine downtime and production losses. • Oversee the installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. • Lead and train a team of engineers, technicians, and operators in machine operation, maintenance, safety protocols, and troubleshooting techniques. • Regularly monitor machine performance, collect and analyze data, and propose and implement improvements to increase efficiency and quality. • Collaborate with suppliers and technical experts to identify and evaluate new technology, machinery, and materials for process improvement. • Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to machine maintenance, performance, and improvement initiatives. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Master's degree will be a plus. • Proven experience (at least 5 years) in overseeing the operation and maintenance of machinery in a fiber glass manufacturing environment. • Strong knowledge of fiber glass manufacturing processes, machinery, automation, and quality standards. • Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automation issues in industrial machinery. • Ability to manage a team, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
