Currently, our Kuala Lumpur branch is looking for motivated, energetic and career-minded personnel to apply for the post of Business Consultancy Manager. Qualifications & Experience: - Candidate should have at least a diploma, preferably in business, marketing or related field; - At least 2 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management or Sales-related role (for those has experienced in accounting and finance industry will be an advantageous); - Experienced in IPO, financial investment, market survey & analysis, market development and relevant experiences will be a plus. - Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies; - Strong communication skills, presentation and influencing skills; - Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin as this position requires the incumbent to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients (i.e. mainly clients are from Greater China Region); - Self-driven, persistent, highly-motivated and passionate about serving customers by going the extra mile; - Proficient in MS Applications- Word, Excel and PowerPoint; - Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements; Job Responsibilities: - Oversee and develop new marketing initiatives; - Proactively engage with potential/existing clients, establish rapport and develop new leads and partnerships; - Conduct market research and provide in-depth analysis and insights to market and customer trends; able to identify opportunities and gaps; - Develop new business initiatives and revenue stream that contributes to business growth; - Prepare quotes and proposals for clients and post sales follow up; - Set goals for the Sales team and ensuring they are met; Our Benefits: -14 days of Annual Leave/ Medical Leave -AWS (Annual Wage Supplement) -Performance Bonus -Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm -Connecting to LRT Abdul Hukum and KTM commuter station (near to Mid Valley Megamall) -Walking distance to office tower at KL Eco City -Please email resume to [email protected]
