Collaborate with logistics and distribution teams to schedule deliveries. b. Monitor delivery schedules and address any issues that arise. c. Ensure that all delivery documentation is complete and accurate. 4. Packaging Materials Management: a. Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory of packaging materials. b. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. c. Monitor quality and compliance of packaging materials. 5. Administrative Support: a. Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars. b. Assist in preparing presentations and sales materials. c. Support the onboarding process for new sales team members. 6. Communication: a. Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, finance, operations). b. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
