  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

J• Prepare and provide accurate and timely reports and analyses of financial position and performance to management. • Prepare a full set of accounts which includes billing, issuing cheques, preparing bank reconciliation and all works related to the closing of accounts. • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing and record keeping. ensure the accuracy of monthly management accounts and schedules as per stipulated deadlines • Liaise with internal and external auditors on general ledger/reporting matters and tax agents on tax matters to ensure accounts and tax returns will be filed on time and to liaise with the bank on the facilities • Prepare company forecast and budgets report as well as cash flow forecast. To compute the tax provision and tax planning for the company • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies • Assist in preparing annual budget, management report, quarterly report, statutory accounts and annual report. • Assist manager/team lead on daily operational matters and any ad- hoc report requested by the management. • Maintain monthly balance sheet schedule. • To prepare and arrange payments for the companies • Other ad-hoc assignment. QUALIFICATIONS • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. • At least 5 years of working experience in handling full set accounts. • Audit, corporate and personal income tax experiences is an added advantage. • Required skill(s): MS Office and SQL accounting software. • Strong fundamental accounting knowledge and local taxation regulations • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. • Able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Able to work under pressure and meet with tight reporting timelines. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Prefer candidate able to commence work immediately.
