Marketing Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies that align with the company’s sales goals.
  • Oversee branding, positioning, and communications across all channels.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to guide marketing direction.
  • Propose marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.

    Digital Marketing

    • Lead digital initiatives across social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and website management.
    • Supervise content strategy including short videos, live sessions, and product promotions.
    • Drive lead generation and online conversion efforts through paid and organic channels.

      Campaigns and Promotions

      • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including festive promotions, roadshows, test drive events, and new model launches.
      • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support product promotions and showroom activities.
      • Coordinate with Proton HQ for alignment with national campaigns and branding guidelines.

        Team Management

        • Lead, train, and mentor the in-house marketing team (content creators, designers, etc.).
        • Monitor team performance and ensure timely delivery of marketing deliverables.
        • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, media partners, and influencers.

          Analytics and Reporting

          • Measure ROI and KPIs of marketing campaigns.
          • Prepare regular reports on marketing effectiveness, customer reach, and campaign results for management review.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Solid knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems.
  • Creative mindset with a strategic approach to brand and campaign planning.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
