Key Responsibilities and Duties

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

  • Accurately entering financial data into accounting software and databases.
  • Maintaining and organizing financial records, both physical and digital.
  • Updating and reconciling financial ledgers.

Invoice and Payment Processing:

  • Processing invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  • Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies.
  • Preparing and processing bank deposits.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Analyzing financial data and identifying trends.
  • Preparing and reviewing financial reports for management.

Administrative Support:

  • Answering and directing phone calls, and replying to emails.
  • Filing, organizing, and archiving documents.
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.

Other Tasks:

  • Liaising with suppliers, vendors, clients, and customers regarding finance details.
  • Assisting with audits and tax filings.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
