Key Responsibilities and Duties
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Accurately entering financial data into accounting software and databases.
- Maintaining and organizing financial records, both physical and digital.
- Updating and reconciling financial ledgers.
Invoice and Payment Processing:
- Processing invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies.
- Preparing and processing bank deposits.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Analyzing financial data and identifying trends.
- Preparing and reviewing financial reports for management.
Administrative Support:
- Answering and directing phone calls, and replying to emails.
- Filing, organizing, and archiving documents.
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
Other Tasks:
- Liaising with suppliers, vendors, clients, and customers regarding finance details.
- Assisting with audits and tax filings.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
