What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed
  • Managing the day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, document processing, and responding to inquiries
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
  • Maintain an effective and organized filing system, both electronically and in hardcopy.
  • Oversee general office operations including supplies, maintenance, and office facilities.
  • Organize company meetings including venue preparation, equipment testing, and document preparation to ensure smooth proceeding
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient internal communication and task execution.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by superior

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
