What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed
- Managing the day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, document processing, and responding to inquiries
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
- Maintain an effective and organized filing system, both electronically and in hardcopy.
- Oversee general office operations including supplies, maintenance, and office facilities.
- Organize company meetings including venue preparation, equipment testing, and document preparation to ensure smooth proceeding
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient internal communication and task execution.
