  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:1. Inventory & Stock Management

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels for both offline and online sales.
  • Coordinate stock receiving, labeling, tagging, and shelving.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of clothing items to prevent damage or loss.

2. Staff Supervision & Training

  • Supervise warehouse assistants, packers, and other support staff.
  • Schedule shifts and delegate daily tasks efficiently.
  • Train new staff on SOPs, safety procedures, and inventory systems.
  • Monitor staff performance and address any issues proactively.

3. Order Fulfillment (Online)

  • Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping of online orders.
  • Ensure all orders are processed and dispatched within deadlines.
  • Coordinate with delivery partners or logistics teams for timely shipping.
  • Handle customer return/exchange processes according to company policy.

4. Store Operations (Offline)

  • Manage stock display and replenishment in the offline retail area (if applicable).
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure stock availability for customers.
  • Oversee cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and retail areas.

5. System & Data Management

  • Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or POS systems to track stock movement.
  • Generate daily/weekly reports on stock levels, order statuses, and staff productivity.
  • Update product availability for online platforms like Shopee, TikTok Shop, or Lazada.

6. Coordination with Other Departments

  • Work with purchasing team to plan stock reorders.
  • Coordinate with marketing for online campaigns and promotions.
  • Liaise with customer service for handling special requests or complaints.

7. Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed within the warehouse.
  • Conduct routine checks to maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in warehouse/store supervision.
  • Familiar with e-commerce platforms and warehouse systems.
  • Good leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software, email).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
