Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and familiar with online job portals, social media platforms, and recruitment tools
- Able to multitask
Key Responsibilities:
- Review resumes and job applications
- Screen and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct online and phone interviews
- Create and post attractive job advertisements
- Manage recruitment campaigns via online platforms and social media
- Represent the company at career fairs and networking events
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Maintain recruitment tracking systems and databases
- Prepare and submit weekly recruitment reports to the Managing Director
- Perform ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by the MD
