Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with online job portals, social media platforms, and recruitment tools
  • Able to multitask

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review resumes and job applications
  • Screen and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Conduct online and phone interviews
  • Create and post attractive job advertisements
  • Manage recruitment campaigns via online platforms and social media
  • Represent the company at career fairs and networking events
  • Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Maintain recruitment tracking systems and databases
  • Prepare and submit weekly recruitment reports to the Managing Director
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by the MD
