Job Description:

  • To ensure incoming shipment correctly and timely key into WMS according to the KPI standard for all individual customers.
  • Perform order processing in WMS for multiple customer, monitor order cut off time and release picking slip to operations on time.
  • Update master maintenance in WMS.
  • Maintaining pallet records accurately.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Communicate with customers if there’s any order related issue.
  • To prepare replenishment list accordingly and pass to operations for physical replenishment.
  • To ensure all documentations are being filed in a proper manner and do filling.
  • To assist inventory audit activities such as Cycle Count and Stock Count.
  • To assist on relevant preparation for Internal/ External Audit.
  • To perform additional duty and task as per assigned by superior.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a secondary or Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year's of working experience in Logistic/Warehousing field.
  • Preferred with 3PL knowledge and Computer literate / WMS
  • Specialist in Logistics & Supply Chain

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
