You will be responsible for the overall operations and management aspects of this job, including but not limited, to the following: i. Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction. ii. Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all organization materials such as brochures, company website, social media, blogs, websites, and other digital platforms with latest update. iii. Stay up to date with design trends, tools, platform-specific algorithms and technologies. iv. Prepare detailed media activity reports and briefing materials and presentations for company leadership. v. Work with different teams to generate new ideas and strategies. vi. Create communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions. vii. Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner. viii. Direct the delivery of all print, digital, and social media content and manage media relations and develop contacts with media stakeholders. ix. Manage relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external to maximize brand consistency. x. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understanding consumer preferences. xi. Plan and execute marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and brand building. xii. Create and implement strategies to promote the company’s products or services with active visitation to clients and build up good rapport. xiii. Prepare and present reports on marketing activities to senior management. xiv. Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions. xv. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed. xvi. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and marketing tools. xvii. Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities. xviii.
