Job Description Update and maintain nancial and administrative records in multiple databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Prepare invoices for multiple companies and subsidiaries with accuracy and timeliness. Process the Executive Director’s personal and business-related claims, while adhering to data protection and condentiality controls. Retrieve and compile information from various databases for reporting and analysis. Process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deciencies and verifying the accuracy of entered information. Sort and organize information to facilitate easy access and retrieval, enhancing operational eciency. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve discrepancies in data and improve data management processes. Assist in preparing reports and summaries related to nancial and administrative activities as needed. Support the team in various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and managing correspondence Maintain condentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection regulations. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related eld. Previous experience in nance, administration, or data management is an advantage. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting. Prociency in Microsoft Oce Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with nancial software or databases. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to eectively interact with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
