CUSTOMER SERVICE IN SHIPPING LINE JOB SCOPE: IMPORT & EXPORT LOCATION : BAYU PERDANA,KLANG WORKING DAYS – MONDAY – SATURDAY ( 5.5 DAYS) WORKING HOUR: 9.00AM – 5.30PM ( MONDAY – FRIDAY) 9.00AM -1.00 PM (SATURDAY) YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 2-3 YEARS (MINIMUM) SALARY : RM 2500- RM 3000 Key responsibilities: 1. Monitor and coordinate import & export shipments and transport arrangement with relevant parties to ensure smooth operations and shipment implementation 2. Responsible for end-to-end customer engagement, i.e. proactive communication, update on shipment status, handling of customers’ complaints professionally and escalation of issues to superior if necessary 3. Prepare customs documents, i.e. K1, K2, K3,K4 K8, K9 and etc. 4. Prepare shipping documents, i.e. Preferential Certificate of Origin and etc. 5. Handle import and export declarations to relevant authorities and attend to any queries from them 6. Prepare high quality documents and ensure accurate billings to customers 7. Support any other clerical and ad-hoc tasks as and when required 8. Ensure documents and operations process comply to Customs & other current regulations for smooth cargo clearance. 9. Update container movement planning. 10 Handling on-time and accurate shipping arrangement and documentation ( (sea freight). 11 Capable of handling full set of shipping documents for export and import (sea freight). 12 Coordinate with Shipping line, Forwarding agent, customers, and internal teams on shipment requirements. 13 Liaise with Forwarding / Agent / Customer for shipping and custom clearance of products (import & export shipping). 14 Maintain the records, including filing K1, K2, and shipping documents (sea freight). 15 Complete the job task assign by Superior from time to time. 16 Monitor and track shipments, providing real-time updates to customers as necessary. 17 Assist in resolving customer complaints, shipment delays, or discrepancies in a professional and timely manner. 18 Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment inquiries, orders, and tracking updates
