Job description The Business Executive plays a critical role in driving sales and expanding market presence by promoting eLearning software solutions and services. This includes engaging potential and existing clients, showcasing tools like Articulate 360, Vyond, and Powtoon, and developing tailored proposals to meet diverse client needs. In addition to collaborating with internal teams such as marketing and training, this role involves conducting product demonstrations, building strong client relationships, and providing consultative support to ensure client satisfaction and maximise product adoption. Presentation and Communication Skills: Excellent skills in conducting live demonstrations, webinars, and client presentations, effectively conveying product value and benefits. Market Awareness: In-depth understanding of trends and challenges in the eLearning and EdTech markets, with the ability to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors. Goal-Oriented and Organised: A results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving sales targets, managing multiple client relationships, and maintaining organised workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the eLearning or technology sector.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in software or eLearning solutions, is highly advantageous.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers effectively.
- Familiarity with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Vyond, Powtoon) and content creation services is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM and project management tools, such as Zoho CRM, Miro Board, and ClickUp.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
