- Call potential clients from a provided list to introduce the company's logistics services.
- Set appointments with interested clients for the sales team to follow up on.
- Maintain a professional and persuasive approach during calls to achieve appointment goals.
- Document and track all client interactions and appointment details in the system.
- Follow up with clients as necessary to ensure appointments are confirmed.
- Provide feedback on client responses and market trends to management.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent.
- Comfortable with using your own phone for calls.
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic Salary RM1,800-RM2,500 + Other Allowances + SOCSO, EPF & EIS
- 5 working days (Mon - Fri) only
- RM 5 per successful appointment set with customers
