
Retail Consultant
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional attitude
- Provide expert product advice and tailored recommendations based on customer needs
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines, promotions, and store policies
- Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs (key performance indicators)
- Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist in visual merchandising, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor
- Support inventory management and participate in stocktakes as required
- Resolve customer issues or escalate to the manager when necessary
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
