  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Operations

  • Key focus: Support major accounts in Air Export shipment movement.
  • Freight flow management: Ensure smooth, timely processes to meet client needs.
  • Daily coordination: Manage Air Import/Export activities, correspond with clients, service providers, and internal teams.
  • Documentation: Prepare international transport documents.
  • Customs & Government Compliance: Coordinate customs declarations and regulatory requirements with approved service providers.
  • Data Management: Accurate and timely data entry into the operational system.
  • Monitoring: Track shipment status, ensure customer satisfaction, manage inbound/outbound air schedules.
  • Rate Coordination: Negotiate with service providers for best rates and services.
  • Quotations: Handle intercompany inquiries, ad-hoc quotes, and tender RFQ responses.
  • Invoicing: Accurate and timely client/vendor invoicing, ensuring on-time client submissions.
  • Vendor Management: Validate vendor invoices and accruals promptly.
  • Policy Compliance: Adhere to internal SOPs (Cargo Wise standards) and external regulations.
  • Process Improvement: Seek efficiencies, apply recommended tools.
  • SOP Adherence: Follow customer-specific Standard Operating Procedures.
  • KPI Management: Meet operational KPIs as per company procedures.

Support Manager/Supervisor by:

  • Reviewing daily operational reports for timely updates.
  • Auditing files to uphold process standards.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and service providers.
  • Evaluating vendors regularly, developing improvement plans.
  • Assisting with competitive rate responses and quotes.
  • Supporting transitions for new or updated business.
  • Assisting overseas offices with rate provision.

Finance Responsibilities

  • Achieve billing KPIs.
  • Follow company credit procedures.
  • Ensure accurate, timely billing and resolve accounting issues.
  • Manage COD (Cash on Delivery) accounts.
  • Maintain job profitability.

General Responsibilities

  • Handle client escalations.
  • Manage warehouse inventory and arrange trucking pickups/deliveries (where applicable).
  • Support ocean operations tasks when needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
