IT EXECUTIVE

Resolve hardware and software issues: i) Under minimal supervision, performs an information technology (IT) task to provide support to computer users in resolving hardware and software issues. ii) Pre-established procedures to provide support to computers & technology matter. iii) Involve in the set up & maintenance of the IT System & network. iv) Supports both Hardware & Software management of the network. v) Office network and server infrastructure installation and maintenance. Operational systems: i) The software support includes the operation systems used in daily work operation such as SAP, ERP & other related. ii) Delivers server housing support & to ensure that the IT servers of the facility are well operated & in good conditions (well air-conditioned] properly located to avoid any dysfunctionality). iii) To interact with vendors related to the IT matter. iv) Keep a good relationship between locals/international vendors to ensure the services required is being provided swiftly. Provide helpdesk support: i) Troubleshooting any issues related to the IT issues that occurred to the colleagues. ii) Provide assistance in taking order & inventories for the IT equipment for current and future employees & to source and evaluate the purchase of all IT equipment, parts, software and platforms and ensure cost-effectiveness in all aspects of IT investments. iii) Administrator experiences in Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365 Active Directory, Microsoft Teams or similar. iv) To ensure all support are in accordance to the corporate policies & maintain the security of the IT usage of the employees. Corporate compliance adherence: i) To take lead on IT security policies & to create a safe IT environment in the workplace. ii) To provide advice, recommendations and solutions to management pertaining to IT matters and issues. iii) To ensure the confidentiality of the information technology data of the organization are well secured & maintained accordingly.
