Job Description

· Managing a team under you, you are expected to perform as a brand custodian to develop and grow the brand's communication plan.

· Adept at brand storytelling across digital architecture and on-ground consumer engagement. Deliver brand experience to consumers regardless of medium of communication, including developing assets while adhering to brand guidelines.

· Leveraging on consumer insights and available data to understand market needs, increase sensitivity to competitor activities and keep abreast of marketing trends.

· Work with chefs to develop recipes and localise flavours.

· Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders with a stronghold in project management.

· Adept at reporting brand performance and plans to key stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

· At least 8 years in prior FMCG brand management

· Team leadership skills

· Skills in Nielsen / Kantar research tools

· Dynamic and collaborative team player spirit and leadership qualities

· Resilient to challenges, strategic and analytical thinkers
