Job Description
· Managing a team under you and monitoring their performance, you are expected to perform as a brand custodian to develop and grow the brand's marketshare.
· Responsible over the category's brand architecture including brand marketing, innovation (NPD) and financial hygiene.
· Stronghold in consumer insights Nielsen & Kantar, analysing the data to run competitor analysis, decipher market trends and identify opportunities. Integrate insights to drive a result-effective brand plan.
· Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders with a stronghold in project management.
· Adept at reporting brand performance and plans to key stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
· At least 7 years in prior FMCG brand management
· Skills in Nielsen / Kantar research tools
· Dynamic and collaborative team player spirit and leadership qualities
· Resilient to challenges, strategic and analytical thinkers
