As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in growing Wogi’s market presence by generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales conversions. Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive lead generation.

• Drive the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring consistent conversion rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of rewards and incentive programs.
• Explore and establish strategic partnerships to expand Wogi’s reach and impact.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of generating leads and converting them into successful sales.
• Experience in the rewards and incentives industry is a big plus.
• Background in enterprise sales, SaaS selling or strategic partnerships is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• A strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
