We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive enterprise sales in Malaysia, with a strong focus on AWS cloud services and cloud technology solutions. As a key member of our team, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering revenue outcomes by leveraging cutting-edge cloud solutions to solve complex business challenges. Key Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue Growth: Deliver revenue outcomes from your assigned territory by selling AWS cloud services and other cloud solutions.

• Solve Client Challenges: Act as a business partner, helping clients migrate applications and workloads (including SAP), modernize, or build cloud-native applications to achieve business outcomes.

• Articulate Value Proposition: Clearly communicate the value of AWS and cloud technologies to transform client operations.

• Execute Strategic Deals: Close complex, high-value deals weekly while planning for long-term strategic engagements.

• Ensure Client Success: Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring they are delighted with services and supported throughout their cloud journey.

• Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of cloud services.

• Act as a Trusted Advisor: Share insights and information relevant to clients’ businesses, positioning yourself as an expert in cloud technology.

• Maintain CRM Accuracy: Keep detailed and accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of enterprise sales experience in IT and cloud services, with a focus on the Malaysia market.

• At least 2-3 years of direct experience selling AWS cloud services, with a proven track record of exceeding key performance metrics.

• Demonstrated success in closing large, complex deals by articulating compelling value propositions.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud technology and its business benefits. An AWS certification or similar cloud certification is highly desirable.

• Skills:

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate AWS and cloud solutions effectively.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to foster long-term client partnerships.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Mindset: A proactive, client-focused approach with a passion for driving cloud adoption and exceeding sales targets.
