About Us:
We are seeking a E-Commerce Sales Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective Sales strategies that align with our business objectives and help us reach our target audience.

Responsibilities:

Product Management (Online Focus):

• Creating and maintaining accurate and engaging product listings specifically on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tik Tok Shop, Shopee, Lazada).

• Ensuring product images, descriptions, and content are high-quality, up-to-date, and optimized for online sales.

• Verifying that online product listings have accurate and high-quality images, graphics, and content.

E-commerce Customer Service (Primary Online Contact):

• Assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues directly related to their online purchases and experience on the e-commerce platforms.

• Providing prompt and helpful support to online customers.

• Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat specifically related to online orders.

• Handle complaints, refund items, promotion enquiries, product information enquiry, pricing enquiries, voucher use, gift registry related to online purchases.

• Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and e-mail inquiries regarding products and brand in the context of online availability and features.

• To arrange COD order from dropship to online customers.

• To handle walk-in customers related to online inquiries or order pickups.

E-commerce Sales Support & Analysis (Online Specific):

• Analyzing e-commerce sales data to identify trends and opportunities for online growth.

• Developing and implementing strategies to increase online sales and conversions.

• Working with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and logistics for online orders. To check stock availability, arrange collection / monitor locate products delivery and liaise with logistics company if necessary for online shipments.

• Develop collaborative, positive working relationships and share product knowledge with dropship for online sales and fulfilment.

E-commerce Administrative Tasks:

• Maintaining inventory and stock levels relevant to online sales channels.

• Running daily and weekly reports to support online trading decisions.

• Completing stock movements and ad hoc trading tasks related to online inventory.

Digital Marketing Support (E-commerce Focus):

• Assisting with online digital marketing campaigns and social media efforts related to driving traffic and sales to the e-commerce platforms.

• Analysing past online sales, identifying trends, determining fast and slow-moving online inventory, and identifying sources for converting & non-converting online traffic.

E-commerce Platform Management:

• Administering and managing the backend of e-commerce platforms (e.g., seller portals).

• Ensuring website/platform content is up-to-date and accurate.

• Managing promotions and discounts on the e-commerce platform.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

• Female only

• Experience with eCommerce platforms and social media updates

• Strong multitasking and decision-making skills.

• Analytical and communication skills. Able to communicate concisely our company policies to client.

• Detail-oriented, especially with numbers.

• 1-2 years of eCommerce or marketing experience (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
