Job Scope : 1. Maintain financial records: They are responsible for maintaining financial records, including bills, invoices, receipts, and financial transactions. 2. Process invoices and payments: They process invoices and payments by verifying data, updating records, and contacting vendors. 4. Provide financial information: They provide financial information to management by summarizing current financial status and trends. 5. Support Auditing activities: They help with internal and external auditing activities by providing necessary documents, reports and information. 6. Maintain Records: They maintain adequate records of financial transactions to establish an audit trail and for the purposes of filing and retrieval for future use. 7. Ensure Confidentiality: They maintain a strict level of confidentiality concerning financial transactions, supplier pricing, and other financial information.
