Injection Molding Technician

1) To ensure injection machine are smoothly running according to planning. 2) To handle mould set up (Down & Up) and material heating for Injection machine. 3) To assist in simple repairing, servicing or changing parts for production machinery. 4) To perform simple troubleshooting for the defect occur on production. 5) To report any abnormalities or machine stoppages to immediate superior. 6)Maintain a good practice for daily production start up and shutdown. 7) To monitor crushing, mixing process and ensure all SOP is followed. 8) To keep injection area clean and tidy. 9) To support WIP process when required. 10) To Perform additional job as required by superior.
